Lisa joined WSUP in July 2023 as the People & Support Manager supporting the business operations for WSUP, globally. Lisa is a qualified HR professional with over 15 years operational experience in the Charity sector.

Claire Grisaffi

Senior Researcher & Learning Specialist

Claire Grisaffi is a chartered civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector. She began her career in engineering consultancies before transitioning to the development sector in 2008. Since then, she has worked as a water and sanitation specialist and programme manager for the Red Cross, World Bank, and various INGOs. Claire joined Water & Sanitation for Urban Populations (WSUP) in 2017, initially serving as Programme Director for Madagascar and Zambia before becoming Task Force Director. She currently works part-time as a Senior Researcher & Learning Specialist, alongside pursuing a PhD at Cranfield University focused on the regulation of faecal sludge emptying and transport services.

Patrick Mumba

Finance & HR Assistant

Patrick brings a robust background in financial management, payroll systems, compliance, and administrative support. His experience with organisations like Sahrc Zambia, Maryland Zambia, and the LHRF Foundation has enabled him to help design and operationalise finance and HR systems, providing WSUP Zambia with a solid foundation to build upon. When he’s not crunching numbers, Patrick loves getting outdoors, whether it's hiking around the outskirts of Lusaka or trying his hand at weekend gardening projects.
