Rose is a highly experienced accountant with deep expertise in financial management within the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Uganda Christian University (formerly Uganda Catholic Social Training Centre) and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Administrative Management from NIBM, with a specialization in Financial Reporting and Risk Management.
Rose also holds partial accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has continued to build her expertise through advanced studies in Digital Finance. She has completed numerous USAID- and DFID-sponsored trainings designed specifically for non-profit financial management, further strengthening her ability to navigate the complex financial and compliance requirements of development organizations.
With a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk management, and donor compliance, Rose brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to addressing the unique financial challenges faced by NGOs.
