Pritum is an experienced Urban WASH professional with over 10 years of expertise in results measurement, evaluation, learning, knowledge management, research coordination, and both qualitative and quantitative assessment.
He currently serves as the Senior International MERL Manager at WSUP, leading the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) portfolio for WSUP Bangladesh, while also overseeing in-country research activities. Pritum supports the implementation of field testing and research-related interventions, ensuring alignment with project goals and learning objectives.
In his role, he regularly collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, non-profit partners, universities, research institutions, and government bodies. Prior to joining WSUP, Pritum held similar roles with UK- and Netherlands-based non-profit organisations, where he led research and learning portfolios.
