Michelle is a seasoned communications leader with over 19 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and impact storytelling. As Global Communications Manager, she leads global efforts to elevate the organisation’s visibility, influence, and support through powerful and purposeful storytelling.
Driven by a deep belief in the power of communications to inspire change, Michelle develops and executes strategies that connect diverse audiences and stakeholders—from urban communities to governments and donors—to drive behaviour change and promote inclusive water and sanitation solutions.
She holds a master’s degree in Communication Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, combining academic insight with hands-on expertise to deliver communications that are both strategic and impactful.
